This recipe is a great way to get the flavor profile and texture of each mushroom without doing too much to it.
Perfect for: Any mushroom (lion's mane, button, and oyster mushrooms)
Ingredients: Mushrooms, garlic, butter or olive oil, salt
Directions: Cut your mushrooms into slices and then sauté them in a frying pan on medium to low heat with butter or olive oil and chopped garlic. Cook until the mushrooms have released all their liquid and are golden brown. Add a pinch of salt and serve. This pairs well with pasta or rice. If you do not like a chewy texture cut your mushrooms into thinner slices or fry them until they are crispy.
